What?
This technique requires a slow build-up of acrylic paint applied gently over a textured ground and it can achieve spectacular results, especially when varnished. This technique makes for beautiful textured finishes for all kinds of painting: landscapes; still lifes; abstract; figurative. I will give you subjects, take you through the procedure and guide you as you go along. We’ll paint simple studies that will give you the knowledge to take this technique back with you to your own work.
